What is included in the basic price of the card?
Included is one scan, basic layout of front and back, a layout proof, a color proof, and printing. Shipping and tax if applicable are not included.

Describe the printing and card stock.
Cards are printed on heavy 12pt C15 stock, printed at a very fine 200 linescreen for exceptional resolution and finished with a gloss UV coating.

What sizes do your cards come in?
Our cards come in standard sized plus we can custom trim cards to any size at no additional charge. Please view price sheets for sizes and quantities.

What quantities do your cards come in?
Quantities run from 500 which is our minimum to 100,000. Quantity breaks are 500 /1000 / 2500 / 5000 / 10000 / 15000 / 25000 / 50000 / 75000 / 100000

Can you create the layout of the card for me?
Yes. Basic card layout is included in the price. Complex layouts are charged an additional rate which we will custom quote for you.

How should I provide the image/images?
We can accept slides, transparencies and prints. We also accept images on disk if professionally scanned. Images must be 300dpi at size.

Can I provide a layout on disk?
Yes. We accept QuarkXPress, PageMaker, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator files. Call for set-up specification.

How long does it take to produce a card from start to finish?
You receive a layout within 24 hours. The color proof takes 3-5 days and standard printing time is 10 business days – express service is 6 business days. Please view price sheets for sizes and quantities.

Can you handle mailing for us?
Yes we work with a mailing house that can label, sort and mail your cards at a very reasonable price. We ship the finished cards directly to the mailing house for you and handle all billing as part of the card price to make it easier for your record keeping.
